Yes i believe so not 100% sure of last couple of numbers but pretty sure that was it

Yes, It's a 429 CJ, used to to belong to a mate of mine who has since sadly passed away, got a few pictures of the car kicking around and a bit of history (from memory)

No idea where it ended up, it was for sale in Classic American a short while back.
