just a fair warning

these are the worst company i have ever dealt with, even worse than adrian flux

they have missed collection 3 times, each time some bull story from a online helpline asking to re-book, even had a phone call today from their support team saying it will be collected today blah blah blah

still not collected. its tyres so nothing outstanding size wise

what a set of c units

HI-JACK
but bare with me

YODEL
i hate them
Parcel force, i used to hate them, but they are paragons of virtue in comparison to YODEL

i have sympathy 60-80 p per delivery 100+ to deliver and no work tomorrow if you don't get them delivered today, is slave labour

But that parcel is MINE not yours to leave in a bin or give to a random member of the public.................... and my signature does not look like \---------------------

it looks like this
"DAVE"
so do not tell me i signed for it

i'm going to have to go for my lunch to calm down! don't speak to me for an hour

any issues. email their CEO
you will end up at executive.complaints@yodel.co.uk

I would suggest this works with most couriers, the CEO doesn't want your email so they employ a higher level of UK based service desk to deal with you...

if they have thrown your parcel in the river and signed for it themselves ask for an EBAY letter
send it to the sender or ebay as an admission of guilt from YODEL
get refund....
swear never to use them again

OK back to
parcels2go

Try emailing their CEO you will find out who they are quite easily with a little internet research, and you will get through to someone who doesn't care but is duty bound to do a little more than the phone/webchat knackers you have to deal with from their website

I don't think Parcel2Go are an actual delivery company, they just compare quotes for the cheapest carriers for whatever you want to send (a bit like comparethemarket for parcels) and contract the company you choose to do the delivery... so the OP's problem is probably with Hermes, Yodel, DHL, Parcelforce, or whoever was contracted to pick the parcel up, not P2G!

Ah ok then i presume parcels to go are a broker like WN or 13/Ten but are High street/General public facing rather than just at the bec and call of amazon/ebay et al

either way if they are being rubbish and have taken your cash start being a pest and they will eventually give it back or sort it out....

Before I buy stuff on eBay / Amazon, etc I PM the seller to confirm that they DON'T use Yodel. I explain that if they intend using this cowboy outfit I will not be purchasing their item.
Simples!
If everyone did this it would eventually stop sellers using them and drive them out of business (which they richly deserve)

I always use Hermes. Never had any problems with them. Just drop it into your local collection point (they are everywhere), get a receipt on drop off, job done. Cheap too :thumbright: :thumbright:
