Weather not as good as Saturday unfortunately but it didn't seem to keep people away as it was still packed in all the camping, parking and shown'n'shine areas.
Quite a few people seemed to be leaving during the morning, maybe due to the weather taking its time to brighten up, but we still managed to bump into loads of familiar faces. One not familiar to me was a friend of Andrews (my son) from when he went to music college, who was there operating the cameras for the live feed

He said he wants to do a photo shoot of our 2 cars... so watch this space... maybe
After walking round the shown'n'shine for a bit, we walked up the back of the bank towards the finish line, and the first race we saw was with 2 slingshots, where Sam Freeman got out of shape and clouted Bob Hawkins as they approached the finish line. Bob's car (far lane) came to a halt ok (albeit with wonky front wheels) but Sam's car rolled and slid on its side for a couple of hundred metres/yards. Both were ok tho thankfully. I managed to get a few fuzzy shots, in the next batch of pics...

Definitely a bigger show than the Moparnats but seems to be veering more and more towards the nostalgia side of things, i.e lots of rods and a heavy rockabilly theme. I was there for the weekend in the general camping area and three days of fifties themed music from the nearby "vintage" live stage was doing my head in by the time I left on Sunday.
Good to see the Superstock class flying the muscle car flag. Looking forward to the Mopar Euronats. Still my favourite event of the year.
Great pics by the way, Rob.

Thanks for the feedback Gareth, I love a bit of Rock and Roll too but get your drift. Iām pretty excited for the Nats too
