Im used to normal greaseble UJ's.
Dennys' list a non greaseable, I assume they are a sealed unit like modern bearings that do not need greasing? Therefore maintenance free?

Are the non grease ones ok? Would you recommend them?

i have used both
i have had no issues
but its not like i driving the most powerful car you ever saw...
small dodge joints were used in greasable form in 60s mopars
and none greaseable for all the way to the present day in dakota sized trucks.
presume the same for the large dodge joint, they seem to have been used on the same cars that got small joints normally but i guess when they had bigger motors or manual gearboxes.
you would be hard pushed to find a grease nipple on any part of any car from about 1980s onwards unless it was something horrible like a sherpa van

Not only are non greaseable UJs perfectly fine, they are actually more desirable. On a graseable UJ the central cross is drilled right through to grease all four caps, this makes it weaker. Non greaseable is solid and therefore stronger.
