Looking for amber single filament bulbs with parallel pins and 2 lugs on the bottom of the holder. Can't find any locally or, so far, on the net. Anyone know a supplier?

When you say 'two lugs on the bottom', do you mean double contact?

Also, what size bulb, as there are a few different sizes?

Maybe have a look here:

Hopefully I'm reading this correctly. ?
On my 85 Ram , I had the same problem. Ended up getting bulbs with staggered pins , and filing the one off not needed.
By no means the correct approach,
but I had no problems at all , and an easy fix on a daily !

What's it for? (make / model / application) - might help to narrow it down!

68 dodge dart GTS. Rear indicators, originally the reverse lights. Still working, just looking some spares. used to get them at local parts shop but they have closed.

OK, before conversion the back-up light bulb would have been a 1073B which is single contact (and clear obviously), so it must have been modified to a double-contact when the indicators were installed there. As you have found, it's not easy to find the combination of single-filament, double contact, parallel bayonet pins and amber!

Edit: Could get these and paint them amber?:

This is it with double contacts. Looks like it will be a paint job. Used to have no problems getting these locally but times change. :thumbright:

That one has a single contact... I presume you mean that it's the kind of bulb you want, but it should have double contacts instead?

Thanks, that's the rear indicator. I was sure it was double contact. Never do a job when drink has been taken. In which case i am fine

I painted the indicator bulbs on my old Charger years ago and the paint lasted surprisingly well. It was a temporary fix that became permanent.
Have you looked for orange led bulbs?

Got these for the front. Double filament and dual contact offset pins. The single contacts are fine for the rears. Glass is a bit smaller but holder looks the same. Will try them today. Not as orange as wha is t there but should be ok. :thumbright: Took a while to be delivered.Cheers guys as always.
