Door belt weatherstrips or as the US call them Cats whiskers
Having searched high and low for a set of these for my two door hardtop and found that they are always on back order with no delivery date. I was wondering if anyone has used any alternatives weatherstrips from other cars either American or British but adapting them ?

Bought mine from ebay thinking If they are advertising they must have them, wrong! Took a couple of months to restock, it's just the way it is at the moment.

Yeah, I emailed Vans, Dante and TNT.... they are quoting I kidd you not 1-11/2 years before they are expecting them to come off backorder!

Might be something here that would do. I used some of their adhesive backed foam as window weatherstrip on some fibreglass doors.

Valiant charger with full glass (no 1/4 vent) would give you a good long piece charger door is long like a challenger door
you'd need 4 and the handedness and inner or outer is really all about clip poistions
i think clip positions could be changed..
might be ok if you are a b body owner

if its an A body use the same site and look up VG VF hardtop version
In US speak a VG or VF hardtop is a 67 68 dart 2 door hardtop with 1/4 vent doors
i would take a guess that the body and the doors of the VF VG 2 door came from a canadian factory or the US so these would probably fit without adjustement of clips
