PC help needed

HELP, when playing a video onYoutube or Facebook the sound is good but the video freezes then starts then freezes again and so on.
You could try deleting your internet history and restarting the PC.
Also try turning the hub off and on again.

There might be another device in the house that is using up bandwidth too.
