I bought this car decades ago from the late Tony O.
I'm trying to get it back on the road. The welding putting right previous bad workmanship and getting it painted in the original Y1 yellow almost complete, just the trunk and hood left to paint in the yellow, trunk ready but had the hood soda blasted revealing a few very small pinholes that need lsorting, The roof still in primer to be painted white.

BUT just been told to get out of the workshop I'm using, there is an issue between the lead tenant and the owner.

Need somewhere else to get the reassembly and other work done.

I'm would prefer to hand it over to a professional to complete the work, I have neither the time nor skill to do it justice.

I'm based in Stourbridge on the West Mids/South Staffs/Worcs border and prefer to stay fairly local.

I'm attaching a few photos taken this week so you can see where its at. For some reason some have come out upside down, Can't explain why!!!

Thanks Roger

i don't have a smart phone but the same issue came up and was answered on another forum recently. did you use a smart phone to take the pics? if the phone was rotated to take them, when sent/printed etc they will not self right even though they are displayed correctly on the phone's screen. you need to rotate them first apparently or they'll come out all over the place. :thumbright:

Thanks for advice. I did take photos with Samsung smart phone, transferred to Apple MacBook Air and all looked OK only when I posted to the forum did they invert.

Back to the workshop today to get it ready to move but still nowhere to go.

You could talk to Jim Smith, I'm sure it would be too big a project for him to take on but he's a Mopar guy in the trade and in the Midlands so he might have some suitable leads. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100063468133430

Thanks Blue,

I've spoken to Jim, seems he's busy with a Ford Coupe and lots of other interesting stuff waiting.

Looks like putting it into storage in the short/medium term unless I find somewhere else in the next week.
