Re: Blue's Barracuda

Not been lurking on mma for a while, first thread I have checked - Car looks outstanding blue, so good. :thumbright:

70 challenger is my bucket list Mopar number one closely followed by a Barracuda half as good as this.

Re: Blue's Barracuda

Slightly different to the eBay risk a few years ago, looks like such a tidy car. Very tasteful colour and changes 8-)

You got it at the right time, finding a complete 68 fastback now for under $10k is very unlikely.

Re: engine paint

Thanks Rob, Have used Ron before so definitely an option, I am more concerned with the quality and durability then an exact colour. Has anybody used this before? It is a lot cheaper than Hirsch... but sometimes you get what you pay for: https://www.frost.co.uk/por15-chrysler-blue-engine-enamel-paint...

Re: engine paint

They signposted me to ratsport.co.uk who stock some of their products in the UK, they are not good at answering the phone and only list a few items online. Can anybody recommend another sup...

Re: Thinking of selling...need some advice

Cheers all for your thoughts. Coincidentally had a message from Ash Rawson who echoed your sentiments. I Think i'll keep an eye on prices of Dusters for the time being, but i cannot see the market getting good enough to sell this year or possibly even next summer and I Think if i were to sell, i ca...

I stopped avoiding it and it went fine.... the rusty hook screwdriver removed it no problem.

Hopefully thats the leak fixed, time will tell,

Cheers for the kind word all, its all a bit if fun 8-) Love this van, reminds me of every Kojak episode I've ever seen. Just out of interest, what is your total advance now that the plate is in? Is it around 34 deg? Also, have you tried disconnecting the choke? I dont use one on my Polara. It caused...

Cool bit of history, you could probably buy a Challenger front bumper now for £4900 - On the road :)

Your old one looked great,
