:D Seen your bus around for many years now, one of ny favs! :D Cheers! I imported it in 2003. It's a tricky thing (read expensive) having 2 toys and a mega limited budget. . The price of these vans now if I sold it I could afford a second gen charger. . but can't bring myself to sell it.

I thought my alternator was duff a while ago. Had similar voltages what you have.. but also thought it might be the regulator. I'm not sure if what I did was right or safe, but I connected my multi meter to the battery, and with the engine running and the regulator disconnected, I touched the regula...

Could this be due to the old performance cam I have installed? If so what are you supposed to do? :read2: Carb is ...

What sort of size oil cooler would be suitable for a 727 tranny?
Currently it goes into the radiator but I'm thinking of changing that.

transmission temperature

Should the 727 transmission be very hot to touch after approx 20 miles of driving? I only noticed when I got under the car to sort an oil leak from the dipstick tube after it had been parked for 5 minutes. Could it be heat sink from the engine maybe.. Engine is a rebuilt 440 still running in. Oil co...

Yes that's it. Seeing that has reminded me of a kia we did a few years ago at a non franchise garage I work at. Similar story to this really, customer with misfire, I vaguely remember the old hyundai problem. Took the bottom pulley off to find the worn pulleys and crank etc. Tried it with new pulley...
