Hi Terry, I have used Dyno Tiles mounted on closed-cell plastic underlay. The underlay contains any dust produced, insulates and stops the 'clack clack' as you walk on them. Yes Pete, it is Celotex. Bit pricy but very effective. Garage now warmer in winter and cooler in summer.

Just as well, I think I shall be spending quite a bit of time out there!!
