That purple clashes frightfully with the orange.
Seriously though, great job to all. Must be a great feeling to have a 'new car'.

Re: Rob & Stu's 69 Sport Satellite
Thanks for all the input. We sifted thru all the advice on here & elsewhere and figured an extra 1/2 turn on the adjusters would give approx 60 thou preload. If total plunger travel is 120 thou then bang in the middle. (Unless we believe the MP lifters have 210 thou travel like someone on FBBO s...

Following on...
This might be a silly question, but can the extra 1/4 turn be added with the valve train as is, or does it have to be done in sequence with each valve closed (off the cam)?

Re: Starter terminal relocation block
Yes please Vince.
You can bring it Brooklands at the end of May if that's ok?
Do you want Paypal beforehand? Just let me know what's best.
regards,
Stuart.

Re: Rob & Stu's 69 Sport Satellite
Thanks Martin, that's what i thought.
Just surprised to see it lists:
361,383 (1959-60), 413 & 426 (except MW), 440 Eng.
As you say just a 'smear' around the ports and a bit more generous at each end and in the corners.

Re: Advice on PN for 440 valley pan gasket (bathtub)
I received a new Intake Gasket (bathtub) Set, Fel Pro 1215. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/fel-1215 I’m a little confused because it says it suits B And RB engines. Now if an intake manifold is not interchangeable between 383 & 440, how can the bathtub gasket work for both? I would have thou...
