Hi Ian Check the timing before you do anything else, its the most important step to troubleshooting a poorly running engine. Mine is a non rallye dash with the big speedo. The lights are handbrake, oil pressure and main beam. Mine is missing 2 of the coloured covers that dim the bulb so I can just see bare bulbs through the tubes when the oil lught and handbrake are on. hmmm. I still need to get this sorted too. 155 miles. Would be furthest I've ever tried to take her - not sure I dare ! :) Mind you - with fuel at these prices its the time to try - might get up there on 10-12 gallons. A guy in Bletchley does a Saturday morning dynotune club, bacon rolls & tea....
