Re: Restoration thread 1969 St Albans charger
So please to read this update having spent years watching it sit there outside that house... What a job you have done - from the early pics you were posting i was a bit like 'yeah. Re: Hemi into an "A" Body - How hard can it be???

That looks mostly metal - which is a great start !
I think those are getting better looking by the year. I like the early 70s firebird/camaro type look.

Re: Lap belts legal?
Same here. My Charger had factory fit lap and shoulder - but some cars were lap only. I think 'factory fit' applies. That said, I too replaced then with inertia reel. As Matt says, pillarless look slightly interrupted but nobody but us geeks would know anyway. So unless you are hellbent on factory ...

Re: Harpenden 'Classics On The Common' July 24th
Took me ages to work out whats wrong with that prowler. Its the front lights right ? The bar ones are gone and it has 'beach buggy' ones instead ? Or is it not a prowler, is it a kit ? Edit - just worked it out. The lights were on the edges of the bonnet. I am guessing the law over here made them ...
