I cannot believe how much you have brought that car on with the Interior and the detailing, an absolute credit to you!

You should always use Gaskets, the silicon is not sufficient and will eventually break down with the incoming fuel....

Re: Matt's 1970 'Trans-Am' Cuda
Great work as ever, Matt!
I have been through similar recently on the Valiant to get the Hemi in.
I cried a bit when I had to cut the Engine mounts off the brand new QA1 "K" Frame in order to get the Big F-off Milodon Oil pump in with at least a small amount of clearance. Despite my best wishes ...

Re: Silicone issue
My 16 bolt Hemi inlet was the same.
I solved it but cutting all the way around with a Stanley knife - most of the grief is on the valley walls - and then I loosened but did not remove the Inlet bolts, then I used a lifting strap (you could use a lifting plate but more risk) and then put the engine ...

Re: 1966 Barracuda. Converting to RHD
Lovely work as ever, Barry - I always love your posts.
Please can you put up more detail about the LCA modification?
Also - the Cobra, What is it? An Original CSX? I love it.
Unusual to see the "correct" Roll bar these days as everyone goes for the twin shiny loops.
Again, more details would be ...

Re: Steering column wanted
I have a complete column out of a 1969 Dodge Coronet.
It was originally a Column Shift unit, but the previous owner converted it for a Floor Shift car (i.e. removed the shifter lever !!)
It also includes the firewall mounting plate.
Please let me know if this is of any use to you.
Cheers,
Pete.
