I think they do re-pop them but it will be extremely expensive, especially with Shipping, someone on here may have a second hand one.

I nearly lost a Numbers Matching '70 Challenger 440 R/T in a similar way - I had to rip the wiring out by hand to prevent it going further.

Without more pictures I could be wrong, but I feel that it is not the Pulley that is wrong, it is the mounting Bracketry / Idler Arm arrangement that is ...
