Definitely a 59 Pontiac. It's the Safari (Pontiac's name for the wagon). Full size models were either Bonneville, Star Chief or Catalina in descending order. Hard to tell which it is from that photo, they differed in trim and you really need to see the side view to be sure.

This is the time that you are relying on your fan to draw cooling air through the rad, rather then forward motion forcing air through the rad.
