Thank you friends :thumbright:

Blue, the Cragers were sold to Paul with the Yellow Dart about 3 or 4 years ago. I really liked them but were 14"

New Rockauto Discount Code

I had enquired earlier today to receive details of the current discount code. It would appear that Rockauto are having problems with access to the forum. Despite that, I am advised that the current code is as follows, 5% Discount Code: 99567C49B21A63 Expires: September 9th 2016 I have just made a pu...

The initial was 21 without any vac advance and 34 with mech advance all in. Like Pete said, if it starts and in particular, its not overheating then its probably in the ball park. Assuming the timing is good, your stinking exhaust is likely due to too a little too much fuel at idle and the bog, not ...

Chris, I checked the timing before Dave sold it to you. The initial was 21 deg and all in @ 34. I left it at that on the basis that the previous owner likely altered the timing slots to achieve this specific timing event, incidentally my 383 runs the same. It sounds like carb tuning to me :thumbright:

I've recently completed my engineering degree at London South Bank and IMO its a 'reasonable' Uni. That said, at Degree level its all about the effort you put into it. Its in Elephant & Castle (South London) and I wouldn't want to live anywhere near it  Digs are going to be expensive in L...

That's co's you live west of the Harlow border, nearer towards Bas Vegas / Canvey, the sockage dept definitely got lighter ;)

Out of interest, why was the Duster pulled out, is it up for sale?

That's a real shame :( Personally, it would suit me not to see one of my Cars again, like Women you can get quite attached but once its time for them to go you never want to see 'em again ;) I dread the day I have to let one of my Cars go, this causing a dilemma as there is always summit else I fanc...

Take a pressure gauge and blow into it, I'm sure as hell I can't push 4,5 or 6 Psig...... At greater pressure any seating problem will reveal itself. Try it, if I am wrong, then I'm wrong :thumbright:

If the valve is not fully seated on closing the fuel would still trickle in. I'm sure you'll sort it out :thumbright:
