I asked the internet and got the same answer as you did but not the max valve lift or installed spring height, or did I miss that on the link?

Does anyone know the maximum valve lift and installed spring height on Indy 440 EZ-1 heads?

Hair dryer :thumbright: heat gun recommended by the professionals ....until. It burns thru the vinyl. So not doing that. Hairdryer will be fine, it won't get hot enough to damage the headlining. Heat guns are good but you need to be very careful with them, to hot or to close and it will Bananarama!...

There is the tube kit or the transformer, both claim weight saving. If it was a light car and I needed to shave some weight off it I would be Bananarama! off with them but it was more a tidying up thing and the weight saving was a bonus.
