Hi All, Did 300 miles in my latest project over easter to find oil leaking on the outside of the block at the head gasket. Its a 68 318, hydraulic tappets. Two of the cylinders were slack on compression anyway so I have taken the heads off. New exhaust valves are on their way, via rock auto so I can...

Neutral safety switch 727

Hi All Would anybody know where I can locate a neutral -park starting switch for a torque flite 727 auto box. The earlier one with one wire coming out - not the later one with three points. I have tried Summit and Rockauto and the only one I could find was the later one with three points from Summit...

I would say if he is a member on VV, that is his driveway, he was happy to add you on FB and he checks out… its as safe a bet as any. Trolley Jack recommendation?

Hi all,

Got several old iron Jacks etc... Made by sealey, largest a 3 tonne I think. Work spot on.

I'm Looking for a lighter aluminium one that's easier to move about but that can still jack up the corner of a yank.

Any recommendations?

Can I make a new one out of 8mm copper?

I should be able to use the original fittings, I have a flare tool.

Hi all, I have a very tired power assisted (ram) steering system I took off my old van, it needs new everything! I am attempting to recommission it all and refit to my new van.
