fill it up leave cap off start it up let it idle when the themostat opens the radiator will bubble and spit as the air is pushed out of the heads top it up when there is space to do so once you have a smooth running flow under the filler but covering the internals, and no more big burps put the cap ...

unless the car has suffred a short circuit which has melted large sections of the loom together into a big mess.... you might find that its really only the connectors and the last few inches of many wires that need attention i unrapped most of the under dash loom on mine when trying to trace a fault...

needs must when its chilly mate :) It may not have been a gasket problem i still have no clue where the coolant got out interface between head a block at the back was soaking with boiling coolant down the side and up around each plug and obvioulsy i didn't want to hang about checking stuff on the ha...

well after the clutch fun i got the car to the HRDs after some work on the carbs, float level adjusted again, and a 3 size jump in air correctors running really good did a blast down the quater went faster but took longer drove it home so pleased with the way it ran and incresed confidence led me to...

don't be too hasty I don't think you need to it looks like a denso but they may have made it Ultra Torque by altering the gearing inside if they altered the gearing in the head of the unit the visible pinion shaft may have moved over in relation to the mount i.e if you change the size of 2 gears hid...
