Dont laugh Dave, was loosening the bottom castle nut on my idler arm to replace it... Instead of havin the ratchet hanging down and pulling towards me, I stupidly had it vertical, pushing away from me. It loosened easier than most 44 yr old fittings so I ended up punching the end of the bellhousing ...

Couple of lovely cars!! The Barracuda looks really straight, love that shape....much nicer than the ones with the huge rear windows :thumbright:
