Got a couple of pics to post for George of the current chiles family collection, there's cookies d50 drag truck, Samantha's 71 demon (current super stock champion at York) and George's new toy, a Bentley continental, but I'm sure he'll be forgiven as when you've owned as many mopars as him sometimes...

Car is back on it's wheels now, it's still been flatted and polished, Bryan has re-lacquered the car today for one final flat and polish, just the hood and scoop to paint, hopefully have it back on the next week or so to start reasembly

The red one was my 1st mopar, I bought it 84ish in gold and it was rotten, spent a long time welding it up, also a 340 4speed car, will dig out some pics of it, was it a Kingston car then? If so I never knew

Well on with the flatting and polishing now, went today and removed the bump stops from the front end (they foul the coil overs) ready to install the front end on Thursday

Spent a few hours in the garage tonight building the front end up just the brakes to put together and fit tomorrow night, this is by no means as light as an alterkation or magnumforces tubular k member but it should make the car very drivable

The car wasn't as described when it arrived from the states Dunc hence why it got painted as it did, and it just didn't do it for me, I wanted a post car! Mossy it is only getting candy stripes it won't be lettered up, this is going to be a modern take on the early cars, here's a pic of my last car just for you mossy, all hand painted by Dave B's mate Craig
