As they are an insert I don't know if Leda could match diameter and lenght. They used to offer rebuild service for there struts maybe they could rebuild yours???? http://www.leda.com

Air lock will more than likely be behind the thermostat stopping it reaching temp to open due to no coolant hitting it to warm it up, therefore no heaters, will idle at day long but once driving will overheat. Don't run without a thermostat as water flow needs the thermostat to slow flow down either...

Will sorry about pic I can't resize it but live feed from fuse box to 1 connector and batt charger light to the other then main charge cable to starter or battery, Earth will be through body to bracket. Shaun

Was it essy to turn lock to lock when jacked up mick? Has it just gone stiff or always stiff? The pump may knackered and not pushing the fluid at enough flow rate and pressure, also the hoses to the box are ok?
