a friend of mine bought a lock up garage for a £1000 round here and it's in a reasonable area as well.

I'm with mad machs on this one, maybe just stop the aerobatics at Shoreham, banning stuff isn't in my vocabulary, it's a slippery slope to the next thing.

Whilst i agree it was a rather rash comment, banning something is not the answer, you encourage that sort of mindset and before you know it anything that has risk attached to it gets banned.

Thanks for the positive words men...Hi Mick....I have a normal sized garage attached to my house which is jammed full of tools and beer etc. Even if it was empty I would have no chance working on a car in it unfortunately. Nice to see another racer on here, we're getting a bit thin on the ground of late. We will be going to the HRD's at shakey mid sept.
BTW, lovely car and it seemed a good price as well.

Thanks Rob but i've heard it's not so well attended nowadays. Monster mopar supposed to be one of the best but it's been blighted by bad weather the last couple of years and it coincides with the HRD's.

I've been thinking of going to either this or monster mopar but the racing side is pretty well the only bit that really interests me, hence the question.

My dart was a 4 spd for years, mr gasket vertical gate shifter, absolutely loved it. Auto is easier but for the street 4 spd is more fun with the right setup.
