God no Matt, left the Pod in a mates daily driver and got home at about 12:30am, got changed and packed our Camaro then left at 01:30am, made it to the hotel my wife was staying at ( she went up earlier in the day ) for about 03:30. Grabbed 3hrs sleep the headed to the venue. Still quite a drive aft...

Managed to get there as well on the Saturday, thoroughly enjoyed it. Saw Dons car and Matts but didn’t get a chance to say hello. Did manage to say hi to the lisles and Dave Billadeau, had to leave at 7pm to drive to Livingston in Scotland as one of our cars was booked in to a show there with Dave R...

If you want to see cars up close to gauge sizes etc. If you can make it, try going to Scottish mods on July 15th at Ilkeston. There’s a selection of American stuff inside the arena.

It’s looking like no racing until 2019 at the earliest.
TMD have laid their track
Old buildings have been removed
New toilet blocks have been delivered

You can sleep in a car ( even an Allard ) though Matt, you can’t race a house :D . I use Mer, bumper and external vinyl cleaning gel. Works very well and leaves a lovely finish.
