Re: Help needed ref MOT & Tax please!!

I Believe it can all be done online now. If the tax runs out this month, the online tax form wont show any charges, you still need to have it taxed, but it just wont cost you anything. If i recall the same .gov website also allows you to declare it MOT exempt. Will take a few days to update, but the...

A Mate of mine made a very nice replica of that car. Think it sold before it was even finished and is somewhere in the states now.

Re: Steering Wheel Puller

I Found the bolts supplied with that ebay one are not the exact same as the mopar wheel threads, but they very easily thread a little bit of the way on, and easily pull the steering wheel off. Think ive taken mine off probably a dozen times now with it.

Re: Steering Wheel Puller

I have used this one from ebay. Does the job and its cheap. I Have also had a problem with the indicator going floppy. The screw that holds it to the switch was all stripped for me, got a new one and it seems like its a common problem with them. Watch out and dont over tighten it. https://www.ebay.c...

Ive seen this around too. Yellow one is most likely one of the Mexican Valiant Super Bees, judging from the Dart Sport Coupe tail lights and the decal. Very clean, but a bit too bling for my liking

Re: Mopar=smiles to the gallon

Hi Martin, for the trunk floor repair, you might want to try wayne at Vintage American Repair shop over in kewstoke. He has done a few bits for me but has loads of experience with american cars. I Cant find his number, but i remember he had some kind of Facebook page advertising it.

I Recall seeing it pop up on one of the various Mopar facebook groups, like blue said, it was the guy that did the burnouts at Brooklands. I Belive he also has a Cobra kit car too.

Re: MOT exemption

mine was SORNed and had no MOT since last September. Went and did the tax and MOT the other day when it became exempt, Tax is showing fine, but the online checker says "no info", but its green, so i assume its all ok. Probably wont be driving it for a while yet but it should be ok.

Re: Bruce Willis Charger

Saw a few different article about this over the past week. Could have sworn that charger was up for about 100k a few years ago, pretty sure "Bruce Willis' charger for sale" has been about a few times. One paper said it was a 25k rebuild for the engine, another said it was a new engine. Bot...

Re: Plymouth Satellite

I Have a 22" radiator from a 318 71 duster. Not sure about all the fittings, and it needs a bit of a clean up, but i imagine its the same radiator used across all of the 318 cars.

Re: 'Hidden' radio aerial

In my daily driver (04 corolla) i had one of those DAB radios installed, and they have this little aerial that sticks to the inside of your windscreen. Works wonders and i hooked one up to my Duster a while back. Pretty cheap too, i think it was something like £20 from halfrauds. Might be an adaptor...
