If you want a TTI system, - give me a call. There is no doubt a TTI sytem is the best. It looks great, sounds great, and is gorgeous quality. You won't get anything 'bent up' here that is half as nice.

Gavin, I understand you want to get the Panther Pink right, - getting the grille colour, texture, and sparkle right would finish it off just right. There are three things to make the grille look right: The colour is darker than the sort of silver you'd get from a spray can. The texture is rough. The...

It certainly is a fantastic car. A 340 4 speed 'A' body is a delight, - and they don't come much nicer than a '68 GTS in SS1 yellow.

Well, if you want it right the best source is Roger Gibson in the USA. http://www.rogergibsonautorestoration.com/catalog.htm During the resto's of my Cuda and Challenger I discovered there are dozens of different Argents. I met Roger Gibson at the Mopar Nats in Ohio and bought the correct paints fro...

Hello Roel. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that black 'Road Runner' actually a GTX?

If that's the car I think it is, it's an original black 1972 440 GTX, 4 Speed, Dana 60 car. That is so rare.

There's two good suggestions.

I might leave the Ralley's on it.

You could be right Dave, - but i notice the Americans are putting bigger than that on muscle cars. They can look great if the stance of the car is right.

Hi Sandy. What's happened to my Road Runner thread? Lets get back on track and ask a question of everyone here: At the moment my Road Runner has 7 x 15 Ralley wheels. This car doesn't need to have correct wheels, so what do you all reckon would look best on this car? I fancy a set of 18" mags w...

I'll have a look at the black paint that may be needed. I am quite sure the grille is correct. Richard had a completely original grille to restore. He doesn't get much wrong. But i look forward to your confirmation of how it should be.

Now, - back to my Road Runner...

Well done..!

The chrome was too bad and i couldn't get hold of another mirror, so i asked Richard to paint it, - no-one would notice. - But i do need to locate an excellent remote chrome mirror to complete the car.

You got warm, and then strayed away. When i got this car it had R/T black hood treatment and black stripes above and below the V5X body moulding. I asked Richard not to repeat these during the restoration as they looked like later additions. What do you think? Anyway, that's not the answer to my puz...
