Yes they work well, although the experts say they need a little work to sort out the fuel distribution. You could also get a twin four barrel top and one for a single dominator. All getting hard to find these days and pricey too, they were a lot of dosh in the first place when they were new.

I prefer double pumpers for street or strip, I find they have excellent throttle response and are just as economical unless you have your foot in it all the time. My Barry Grant is pretty quiet compared to a Holley Blue. The Holley blue pumps are flamin' awful things, I'll never use one of those again, all that howling and chattering, pressure fluctuating up and down.....
