Re: Dirty 72 Van
Yep great story the van is cool, you just need a switch on that so when your driving down a dark dim area and someone is walking alone you flick the switch a headlight goes dim the engine goes off song with a misfire the exhaust gets a blow and it starts smoking a bit instant terror for the poor in...

Dirty 72 Van
Evening all, My winter project, expensive, non running but a full panel van with 360 and a 8.75 rear end. I fancied it, from Corona CA, its had a shunt up the rear, everything needed going through. https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/640x480q90/924/EFiA2A.jpg https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/640x48...

GREASEABLE UJ?
Morning all, Im used to normal greaseble UJ's. Dennys' list a non greaseable, I assume they are a sealed unit like modern bearings that do not need greasing? Therefore maintenance free? https://www.dennysdriveshaft.com/c137_dodge_7290_series_u_joint_2.625_x_2.625_1.125_inside_c_clip.html Are the non...

Great work, I have avoided king pins so far.
We have fitted that disk kit with success as well, really worth it.

What an incredible story, you can understand 'barnfinds' still happening every now and then in the states - It's so big and they were originally sold there.
An original Hemi Cuda sat in a farm in Essex for 30 years? Unbelievable
I also hope it is mechanicly sorted but left as found.

I want electric choke and vac secondaries,
Street Demon 625 has a nicer price tag.... A street Avenger is another $100 on top (570 or 670) would I even notice the difference between the two?
Is maintenance any easier on one?
Cheers for the swift responses,

Which Holley Carb? - Small block 360
Evening all,
Just 'pub chat' for now as I don't have the vehicle yet, it's in a crate. What Holley would you reccomend for a mild street 360? (That will initially be standard and tired...) With an intake, headers, cam etc.....

Minimal progress on the A Van - Fitted a modern voltmeter and sacked off the old Ammeter. Got a 'new' van to creep around in for a few month as well https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/640x480q90/924/RPd4fH.jpg https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/640x480q90/924/uBMD2J.jpg https://imagizer.imageshack.c...

Fitting new shiny stuff is always good
A familiar job with the carb!
I got my heater hooked up and working for the first time a month back. The weak spot is the on/off valve, it that is free then you are onto a winner.

Re: Summit shipping option
Pretty sure the global network delivery is the same as on eBay, no hidden fee's.
Weird though, we ordered some shocks from summit at the weekend they gave us the option of iparcel or GND, chose iparcel because that has always been good.

Spooks - Like you would expect  Sat on top of cart springs, its not that bad... Wind noise is worse than the comfort/handling when you are sat at 65 mph. Drove it to work just because... https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/640x480q90/922/oIAwGP.jpg Trans out for a refresh - First time splittin...
