Re: Australian muscle car magazine wanted

Good taste then! :thumbright: I used to subscribe to Australian Muscle Car magazine, it is excellent. Not sure on the shipping cost these days to subscribe. Unique Cars is also good, a bit more Exchange & Mart style, or it used to be before internet. Check out Muscle Car Warehouse for cars for s...

Fuel tank venting

I just replaced the tank on the Challenger due to the original one leaking whilst in France, corroded through on a bottom rib near some old damage. New tank has a much flatter top, which made me realise that the old tank had collapsed inwards at the top. I suspect this is vacuuming as I had blocked ...

Very nice shape, closest Vauxhall shape to my Torana. I think the door handles are the same.
There was a Ventora at Sywell this colour, Will try to find a pic.

Re: Pistons and Props @ Sywell Aerodrome

We didn't find you after driving in Bob, there was quite alot to see, a good day out. The silver Firebird is Ade Worman's new toy. He still has his Challenger. Had a bit of a chat with him just after Oklahoma Willy blew straw over the entire crowd. Some nice cars on display, two Alfa Montreals and m...

Wheel or axle shaft damage to the side that hit the kerb, run out may not be visible but wheel could well be out of balance.

Re: Oulton Park 27th of August

I had a good time racing. Also nice to meet Simon, and Ray C. Hadn't been to the circuit before . It's very challenging and rewarding with plenty of bumpy bits and a few blind crests. Here's what the American end of the paddock looked like : paddock.jpg I qualified in front of both Mustangs (got to...

Re: Advice wanted for buying Dodge Challenger 2015->

I met a V6 owner recently, and sat in his car. Really nice place to be. It is still 305 BHP even if it is ONLY a V6, but you then avoid the cam lifter failure that some of the V8's suffer from. They also look the same from outside. Beware some of the cars coming in from the Arab states, they could b...

Rather like the look of those.
Its a shame they say in the article that the Challenger and Charger era is coming to an end, but inevitable I suppose, lasted longer than last time!

Re: Floyd Brothers 70 Challenger

I got a bag type one from Car Builder Solutions for Mandie's Chevy truck, same as original fit on Hillman Hunters, so a tenuous Mopar link. https://www.carbuilder.com/uk/windscreen-washer-bag-kit-15ltr or this I fitted to the Challenger when the fan ate my brittle original. https://www.carbuilder.co...
