Mopars in North Carolina 2008

Hi All

I have pulled all my Mopar pics together from my time there in 2008/9
Some of you will have seen some of them before but not all.
I also have a set of pics from Piedmont Mopar show in North Carolina which I will post separately

Hope you like the pics

Mopars from old events

I am guessing some of you may have seen some of these before but I have just been going through my pics from events in the 80's, so I have pulled out all the Mopar ones for a look down memory lane!

Cheers

Re: Duster gets a new Radiator

Cheers for the info Dave. Oddly, the car runs at 180 degrees in all temperatures, it did with the old rad as well. The electric fan was recommended by the rad builder as the only type he uses, and he mounted it, and it was by no means 'cheap'! I'll talk to you about the fans and shroud on yours when...

Duster gets a new Radiator

Hi All I have been thinking about a new Rad for the Duster for a while, not for any other reason that I do like a shiny alloy one, and the theory that the 408 may like some additional cooling capacity. So when I read the article in Classic American on Paul Singers Duster and the company who built hi...

Re: YOUR INTERESTING FINDS,,

Found this yard while working in North Carolina in 2008, really wanted to do something with that Plymouth!

Re: YOUR INTERESTING FINDS,,

I found this slightly radical 50's Ford attending various shows while I was working in Miami, one of those 'love it or hate it' things but certainly different!

1/18 scale Mopars For Sale

Hi All I am having a bit of a clear out of my model collection. These are currently out of the boxes in a sealed cabinet but I do have the boxes etc. I am looking for at least £100 each for these or best offer. I have 2 of the Miss Mighty Mopar because my intention is to strip one down and paint my ...

Yellow Challenger VOY **L

Hi All I have just been browsing the web and thought I would Google a car place I used to visit when I was working in Miami, South Beach Classics. It came up with a video done in 2016, 3 years after I finished my contract over there, and I spotted a Yellow Dodge Challenger with British plates on it....

Thank You!

Hi All I was blown away to receive an award for my Carrington's travels articles, thank you so much! I have travelled a lot and cars are my only interest and I enjoy sharing, but to receive my plaque was just awesome! Thanks again. I meet need to dig up old photo's from years ago, to rekindle the US...

Re: SYWELL PISTONS AND PROPS 2018

Hi Steve

I have 2 mates that would come along but they both have Mustangs, I suppose we couldn't get away with that!
Would be a shame if we can't do it, I really enjoyed it last year.

Cheers

Re: SYWELL PISTONS AND PROPS 2018

Hi Steve

Definitely up for this.
Going to try and do the weekend this year.
Will have a quick chat to the boss and see what she says!
Is it £5 per day for car and 2 people?

Cheers
