Re: Lots of Love Needed (A Tall Order)

Just epic Dave.

Wish I'd known you were up then - was up in Lochinver at that time and would have come down to Ullapool just to see it come off the ferry.

Re: Upper control arm advice!

It looks like Blue may be able to save the day but for future reference does anyone have any experience with these? https://www.classicindustries.com/product/sp94450.html They look well made and sturdy enough, fully adjustable and reasonably priced when compared to Hotchkiss. I have those on the ch...

Re: My Polara Home at Last

See you got the traditional wet welcome crossing the border!

Looking really good under those blue skies with the sunshine glinting off the paintwork - glad you're back together again.

You'll certainly give the locals a surprise now.

Re: Challenger Turn Signals

Thanks Dave That's just what I was needing - good advice and a plan to work back until I find something good or the source of the issue. First order though will be to get rid of the tangled mess that is attached to a radio that's never worked so that I can hopefully see where things are while upside...

Challenger Turn Signals

I had replaced the wiring at the front of the car putting in relays for the headlights and replacing most of the old wires and getting everything to be modern bulbs or LEDs. Everything fine (once I got the earths all sorted) and and I thought now for the rear. Set about doing the same at the back an...

Re: Lots of Love Needed (A Tall Order)

Thought it would be something like that Dave.

It takes us a day to get up to Lochinver even from here - do like to stop for a decent lunch etc. though!

More power to you =D>

Re: Lots of Love Needed (A Tall Order)

Once again looking great Dave, :) :)

Given the time it must take to get up to the island and similarly back down again - do you sleep at all when you are up there? :salute:

Re: Fifty shades of Jade

Given how much we are all in awe of what you are doing here I really hesitate to offer anything with any kind of authority as it is totally different to my own engineering background (civil). However, it does remind me of something that I do know about. That's a really wide splay to get to the outer...
