Re: Difficult decision time.

Same wheels. Tyres are actually quite tired. I had the wheels media blasted and then etch primed then Hammerite Smooth spray paint. Just to make them look a little better. I see Dunc is selling a couple nice sets of wheels, I'd have bought a set of them if I was able to keep it.

Re: Difficult decision time.

Thats me. :(

Just been hit with a massive tax bill so something's gotta give. Just when you think you've been kicked in the balls enough already something else comes outta the blue to surprise you.

Re: Dehumidifiers.

I dont see how dehumidifiers will work unless in a sealed environment? Surely the air in the garage will just try and balance out with the natural environment outside the door? As soon as you turn the thing off it must be a matter of hours before its back to ambient? I guess its ok its in 24/7 but t...

Re: Rear Axles.

Ive not had a chance to go down yet. Seem to spend half my life in quarantine and its only getting worse now that Sturgeon's imposed an 11 day quarantine for everyone returning to the UK. Even if the country (like Norway) has a vastly lower number of infections. :P

Re: Australian Valiants in the UK - The Big List

This Charger popped up out of the Woodwork after 20 years in a garage in London. Was advertised on FB and Bazbiker got it the seller before I did. :D He shipped it up to Scotland but said he never had time for it so offered it up to me. I went and bought it but it was rotten as a pear. After a while...

Re: Australian Valiants in the UK - The Big List

I initially bought the Red one off the seller who had both. It was in a lot worse condition that he said. He sent me a few bits and bobs in compensation. But they when he failed to sell the Green one he contacted me and asked if I would buy it. Which I did, but it meant I had to sell the Red one in ...
