Ah ! Maybe I did just FT then ( unlike me, but…)
Yes, I did consider sump but I have such a good seal currently I didn’t fancy it hahaha :)

Will try source one of the little extenders longer term but will re-FT for now.

Torque converter bolts - thonkthonkthonk

Long story short, thonk thonk. Hmm whats that ? Remember MattH thread. Finally crawl under it and lo and behold - torque conv bolts, 2 of which are finger tight. Which is odd. I would have loctited and torqued... but hey; its likely the thonking. Here's my question - how the heck did I get a torque ...

I hope so. I just wanted to know whether the legend of the hemis was true… I mean they are clearly an awesome find - but there are degrees of awesome. I’d just like to know how it all turns out !

I had to abandon a run this morning as I seem to have a nice metallic thonky-rattle noise from the back of the engine on idle (but not when D engaged and under load.) I remembered MattH warning on flex plate bolts so my first port of call will be this. Let you know ! ! Hoping for an easy fix...

I've tuned out and not watched any really since the 3 went to amazon. I just cant see the 'connection'; I think the difference is that Jezza,May,Hammond you get the feeling they would be mates anyway. Last time I tried it just felt 'random/forced', the old format but with 3 utterly unrelated individ...
