Auction probably suspended due to lock down now, will be interesting to see how it fares once a new auction date is set up.
I heard the car got bid to reasonable money but the family thought it was worth more so it remains unsold.

Just been talking to a neighbour who said his brother, Dave Stratton, had a wing car in the 70's. He had some connection to American Autoparts in Thornton Heath. He thought it was a Daytona, blue with flames painted down the fenders. I didn't take it seriously, but then I remembered the pic of a blue Superbird with a primered fender on this thread that Andy (RR) posted. I think there's another one of it with flames in Battersea Park. Ring any bells?

Steve Williams had the blue and flamed Superbird, seem to recall Duncan had one of the front fenders.
