Who's this then?

Post by Blue »

I'm hearing rumours of a guy in Surrey with 3 hemi E bodies, 2 hardtop Cuda's and a 572 convertible reg HEMI C which I've seen a photo of. None of this is ringing a bell, just wondering who it might be?

Yes, if it's the same guy, he lived in mid Sussex, and had a few desirable E bodies, all clones, but very nicely done.

His yellow 71 HemiCuda convertible was a regular sight around Brighton, and won best of show at the EuroNats a few years back. He also brought his FC7 440-6 71 Challenger convertible to the EuroNats one year.

I heard that he was gravely ill, and haven't seen him or the cars for a few years.

He was a very nice guy, and was certainly very ill. He died about a year ago. I have often wondered what happened to his cars.

His 71 cuda convert Blue mentioned, 'HEMI C' was at Brooklands in 2011.

Saddened to hear of his passing last year :(
