My MOT guy said he'll still do it. I fully intend to have it done regardless of its status with DVLA.
Its another pair of eyes at least once a year - worth it for that alone.

It is the safest way forward IMO.

Insurance companies will look for any excuse not to pay out, if something happens.

So I am gone carry on as before.

Thanks gents....all things considered, Im with the majority. The old Dodge passed with flying colours again on Tuesday, no advisories so all done for another year. I will continue to get her done, just to be safe :thumbright:
