I think it started to go down the pan when the Ace changed our date from a sunny June evening to a cold and damp March, their loss.

Wow. Now thats a while ago.

This was the first 'more than 5 miles' outing in my charger I think.
Old reg#, horrible slot mags, no trims, ripped seats, 318, non restored chrome, shot bushes, the list goes on...
Still, she made it !

Thanks. That must have been 2006 I think, I know its our 15th year together. (well, bits of us. Triggers broom and all that...) :)

A few years ago they started labelling the pre-Chelsea Cruise meet at the Ace (from about 4pm?) a 'Mopar' meet, or a 'Pontiac' meet, or a 'Day Van' meet etc but that never really caught on :?
I think the mad dash thru Kensington may have been the Tunnel Run back in 2009 :-k That was fun

You could be right Dave, the 2007 Mopar meet at the Ace was Saturday March 31st so that would have been the Chelsea Cruise night.

Hi yes that was my old Charger had her for about 10 years did some of the upgrades to her .
Was a lovely old motor good to see its still about ( Chris the previous owner did offer me back the car) but I've got to many other projects going on these days .
Interesting enough found an old CD the other day re Bovingdon picnic ... Tearing down the airfield, sure Derek will remember those days ... with a certain Brutus and naughty Alan !! Great couple of guys ...
Enjoy your motoring
Richard ...
