Cheers for the likes guys. Only found out about the 50th specials whilst browsing the Internet in January. Kept looking at them for a week, then made the moves to try to buy one.
After weighing up the options, decided to contact David Johnson American car dealer in Manchester to see if he could use his contacts in USA to maybe get hold of one. Four days later he emailed me a copy of the window sticker. It ticked all the boxes for me and a deal was agreed.
Traded in my 5.7 Hemi r/t I had bought from David two years ago. Still taking it nice n easy on a brand new motor yet, but feels great so far.
Si you will have to have a run up to the bomb shelter soon, now restrictions on movement are easing.

Great looking Challenger with a fantastic engine; I also have the 6.4 engine in my Scat Pack 1320 and it never fails to put smile on my face when I take it out for a drive. Are you going to bring it to the Mopar Nationals at Santa Pod this summer? Would love to see in the 'flesh' so to speak. \:D/

Intend to, as long as nothing unexpected happens. Still only got 200miles on engine yet so taking it steady for first 500ish miles. Then put pedal to the metal. :thumbright: :thumbright:

Have to say the Challenger is the only modern Muscle Car IMHO. Camaro & Mustang have both gone the 'sports car' route now and are all the worse for it.

Not really 'towing the company line' I know but S550 don't do a thing for me.... but this certainly does :D
