Well I tried. It looks like it will not make it to the NATS due to a couple of small problems that work commitments will not let me sort. Everything was sorted, just the dust trail stripes to apply, however it seems to now have dropped to 7 cylinders and one of the lifters is sticking. Then it sprang an oil leak to top it all. So close......... Here are a couple of shots of the finished article.

Looks really good, you should give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done. These cars always bite you in the arse a couple of days before the Nats when you've been on a last minuate thrash, happened to me more times than I care to remember, including this year

Don't be too downhearted, you've done a superb job to get this close and the last thing you want is to wreck it on its first big trip out! ;)

Now it's those little touches that have always made Mopar's that bit special.
Stripes that disappear into rear " scoops" is one of those cool touches.
Especially the dust trail !!!!
Looks spot on.
Hope your leak is something simple. :thumbright:

I feel you pain mate, I too hoped to have my car finished for the Nats but alas it wasn't to be, plenty of time in the future. The car is stunning so enjoy showing it off in whats left of the summer.
