It does look superb, the red Cuda with red interior that was about was similarly fantastic.

After waiting an age for parts I now have a rebuilt steering column.It’s been a painful part of the project as parts for these 64 year cars is a pain .But with the help of Vans Auto we got there. Seems like a lot of effort for a red steering wheel and column but hey I can not stand another COVID bulletin from the media

I brought this job lot of 64 dash parts some years ago .I should be able to get a good dash out of this lot but what paint for the silver chrome look ?anyone had any experience with this sort of thing

Alclad is popular with plastic model kit builders for bare aluminium effect. They do varying shininesses (is that a word?).

Trial fit ali prop and engine all looks good .Take it out and get a few bits and then rebuild ready for end game
