A good year :-)

Post by Lincrafts.com »

Hot Rod Drags was the last show of the year for the 'cuda. Dave Billadeau sorted her out and ticked everything off the list we gave him and Scott Billadeau rebuilt the gearbox so we have managed to get her to Dragstalgia, Mopar Nats, AACI at Billing and finally the Hot Rod Drags which are all nearly 150 mile round trips, think we can safely say it has done more mileage in the last 3 months than the previous 4 years.

She did her usual though after Dave had thought he had finished and was just checking the levels she decided not to start! He phoned asking if we had had any problems starting her to which I replied rather cautiously, no :-k

He then explained that what had happened and said the coil pack had given up, Robin thought it was great news as he had said the ungrateful little bitch will fluff something up, she always does, sodding pessimist.

Anyway coil pack replaced and my grin was glued in place all the way home :D

Enjoyed the shows and was not surprised in people being amazed that not only was she there, her reputation precedes her, but that Robin was driving lol

Talking of Robin, wait and see what Mr. Hypocrite has traded his Mustang in for :D

It has been a great show year and looking forward to 2020 :thumbright:

Great that the car is getting used and sorted out. They are better for being used I think.

Definitely, all our cars over the years have been used and enjoyed, this one just took a bit longer.

I has been great to see you out so much this year , as most of us know there is usually loads you have to do in the beginning but then things get a little calmer and you can use and enjoy without having to worry about.
Keep enjoying
