Goodness, I bet you were relieved when the roof was not full of tin worm...

Keep at it!

Pete , Bit of pitting here and there but basically solid as the day the roof went on in 1967.

Del, Thanks for the welcome back mate.

On a personal note for those who don't know me,
I had a 70 Charger for 12 years which I drove each year to Santa Pod for the Euronationals (200 miles each way)
14 Years ago our last son was born with Duchene muscular dystrophy. My wife wanted him to see Disney World Florida while he was still able to walk. Rather than take a loan out to pay for the holiday I made the decision to sell the car. I have four sons so it cost the best part of 10k. With the holiday paid for I had a limited amount to buy another car. B.bodys were out of reach. I settled for a 64 Pontiac Bonneville which I then traded for a 78 Trans am. The Trans am sold to a guy in France. I then had a two door 440 , 4 speed Fury for two years. I drove it twice and just couldn't get to like it. I sold the Fury on and heard about this car in Edinburgh. I drove to view the car and when I arrived the weather was torrential rain. The car looked rough . The pictures make it look good. Engine and gearbox have been rebuilt. The frame rails and floor are solid, it's just where rain has sat that corroded . Any way . I am back in a B Body so happy days and my son is still doing well. He has a mobility scooter to assist his mobility issues.
I will post more pictures as I proceed, time permitting.
Many thanks
Ade.

The vinyl won't be going back on. It will be a solid colour . It isn't a numbers matching car, it started out as a 318 .Engine , gearbox and axle are now upgraded.
