Hats off to you Derek; you and your team certainly pulled that one off well.

I think we are back in the frame thanks to your hard and tireless work.

I would like to say that all the MMA folk involved with Brooklands today should be congratulated on putting together a mighty fine show. Derek and Pete did us really proud, hopefully this will allay the fears of any anti social behaviour coming from our club and cement a date for 2018 and beyond. The vibe from all the club members and public gave us all a boost, this was a great day for the MMA. I even got my car on the world breaking banking !!!
Thanks to everyone I met, very special day....looking forward to next year.

Thanks to everyone involved, we had a great day. Especially to you Derek, know it's been a lot of effort to get today going! :)

Once again thanks to everyone involved in the organisation, particularly Derek who went beyond the call of duty to get the club back into Brooklands which is a great venue for a car meet. It was really good to catch up with everyone and a great day out, even managed the drive home with the top down.

Now that I have had time to breath after a very busy few day I would like to say a huge thank to all the marshalls and everyone that helped on the day, without you it wouldn't have gone as smooth as it did.

It was a great day in great surroundings, so many of you told me that you were glad to be back and hoped we can get back next year.

A few cars were already outside the gate when I got there at 7-45am, while waiting for the gate to open at 8am we had a little rain but that was good as cleared the way for the sun which came out and staed all day.

At 2pm some of us, 34 infact drove up on to the banking for the photos, someone asked how I managed to get front row again and it's because Brooklands always ask me to lead everyone else up there.

Photos done and it was time for the trophies, 5 well deserved owners got trophies for their cars.

Another breif Chat with Steve who is Brooklands event manager and it was time to pack up and go, I think Pete and myself were the last to go at just after 5pm.

I'll post about next year once I have some news.

Some of the photo may be doubled up as I'm try to use photobucket
