the gtx is george chiles' at the time, was numbers matchin 440, now the dave billadaue hemi car

last one for now, this super bee is one that my dad and george nearly bought whilst in florida in 88/89 theres a note on the back of the picture, saying "original 383 car no engine or trans, $750 can restore with 383 727 $1500" if only things were still that cheap!

we don't no where the runner is now, i have another pic somewhere and the reg no's are almost identical the runner is my dads old car it was later called plum crazy and raced by Paul Carter, i believe it then went south, we think Graham Howard (butterscotch 69 1/2 super bee) bought it from paul, who ever it was sold it because it was too fast for them, and we believe it then went to germany in the early 90's possibly to carsten

I know whoever Graham sold it to, called him to tell him he was thrilled to bits with it. Never seen it since though.

I made a detailed replica of that car for Graham from a 1/25 Monogram kit, complete with Plum Crazy lettering. Wonder if he still has it?

Still got a few more of that car to scan but been a bit busy over Xmas & now after, started new job today.
