Wowzer.
Nothing like that but i was in a car that jammed the throttle in a burnout. It get panicky quite quickly !
Assume this fella didnt have a kill switch or key ?!?

I read yesterday the throttle stuck & also the guy had a heart attack....

So all things considered, could of been a lot worse
