Bit of history on eBay

Post by CLPete »

I stumbled across someone selling car photos from what looked like someones collection that someone had got hold of and was now breaking up for a pound a time. It was a collection of mostly UK 70s shots taken by someone who was an enthusiast for cars.

I tried to buy the Aussie Valiant photos (see Australian sub-forum). It occurred to me that maybe others might be interested in the remaining photos, even if not to buy but just look.

It's interesting from a historical point of view. Shame the collection has been broken up, but I get it's worth more individually.

I never realised that this kind of thing has a sale value.

I have loads of things like this, old photos from shows. I just like sharing them.
