I know Ian, he is a really nice guy and he won't rip you off that's for sure.

Well the problem with a polara is that it looks really really long and we just don't have the space for it. Not a bad car though.

Just a quick question how desirable is the 70's challenger, because I'm quite interested in those.

All Challengers are very popular and therefore very expensive, the only 'cheap' cars are A bodies (Darts and Barracuda's) or weird stuff that others have not yet cottoned on to.

Keep looking and don't set your sights to high, remember it is a project you want and you can build it your way :D

Merry Christmas.

Hi Connor

Does it need to be a Mopar? just a thought as there is a lot of sensibly priced GM AMC and Ford stuff that is not worth a great deal yet compared to Mopars

Tony go and sit on the naughty step

Hi Conner I had the same problem i needed a shorter Mopar to be able to fit the garage so i have bought an A Body 1970 Pymouth Duster 340 which as Alex has pointed out , A Bod's are a lot cheaper than other Mopars but just as much fun :D

Merry Christmas :santa:

Thats an F body - a smidge smaller, it was the replacement for the A body Dart Sport. They're very good and very cheap, will take any small block engine and because they're light they go quick too.

An underated car, it would be ideal as a first Yank.

I would say the same about your Daytona James but you are too much of a Gent to remind him it is for sale 8-)
you car and the rest of the 3k would make a fantastic rare Mopar

Aussie Mopar is a great starter step, cheap for a good example and plenty fast until you can grasp the differences of driving an old car that doesn't handle too good. Having said that the Aussie A bods handle better than the Yanks.
