Too bloody right... i am a tad miffed

poor old Daniel got it from somewhere and has a bad head... hasn't stopped him from playing his guitar and watching the telly mind..... the rest of us now have to wait for 10 days to see.

maybe i'll build a shed or something....

The weather gods were against us! Tried to make the most of it but with not much track time it was frustrating . The idiot that oiled the whole length of the track yesterday afternoon robbing everyone of the last couple of hours of dry weather didn’t help. As ever it’s the people that make these events and a greater bunch you won’t meet anywhere else!

Many thanks to all that had an input in making the Mopar Nationals the best , as Blue says we were robbed of several good hours compounding what good weather we had , and the Sunday was a wash out ! Such a shame …………….. BUT the company was brilliant , the Fuelers was buzzing on Friday and Saturday nights and everybody was having a great time .
Decided enough was enough by 3 in the afternoon just as the sun came out and it got warm , but figured by the time the track was dried it would be too late for any action .
Apart from that it was a great weekend , and sooo good to see everyone , did miss not catching up with old 999 though !
So hopefully 2022 Nats dates will be up soon
Thanks to all who made the event brilliant :salute:
Yours

All the good racing started at around 15:15 on Sunday!

Loads of Rounds of "Super Stock" - the BIGGEST (and best) Drag Racing Class in the UK - and Pro-Mods, with Nick and Rob at ICE taking the win in a replay of the last event's final.

A very different and poignant Nats this year.

Sincere thanks to the Mopar EuroNats team for putting on a great event under some difficult and emotional circumstances.

Yeh the weather was poo, especially Sunday which was forecast good all week🙈. As for the car that oiled down the bloody track, me and Simon we’re behind it in the pit lane and the guys were constantly adjusting stuff, right up until it was at the front of the queue. Then bang😬
That aside, the racing that did occur was pretty exciting and the Superstock crew absolutely made it for me. Great period cars.
Company was as good as ever and it was nice to be back again. Shame Dave999, was looking forward to being entertained/educated by you as usual😬😀

I guess I was lucky, rocked up at about 10am on Saturday and left about 5 and it was pretty much dry the whole day :D Brought both the kids with me (I did give them an option but they both wanted to come and both enjoyed it!). Did not bump into too many of you :( but had a great time and agree the superstockers were fab, what a great class. Well done and thanks again to EuroNats team, great event. =D>

We didn't see you Gavin, shame as we had even specially commissioned panther pink T shirts on the club stand. Your name was mentioned.
We still have some available in the club shop.
